For users working with the Tecno Spark 8C (KG5), if you cannot unlock the bootloader through traditional software means, you may need to use the Test Point method to force the device into VCOM/Preloader mode for flashing.
Test Point Instructions:
Disconnect the battery.
Short the two points shown in the image below using tweezers.
While shorting, connect the USB cable to the PC.
